On hold for 1 hour to speak to an agent with no success to submit a missing package request. No updates on the length of the waiting time. Disgraceful.

Priority mail was to be here Thursday Sept 14, as of Saturday Sept 16. Still not here. Pay extra to have it there on time and it is not.

I mailed out a package on 9/12/23 3 day Delivery it was supposed to be there today and they never received it why am I paying for 3days and it doesn't get there on time

My package sat at North Houston distribution center for 5 days in one spot bad service had to call customer service still didn't get my package on time
