Hey ,if you had a company this big and had to keep track of EVERY little piece of mail ( JUNK MAIL AND REGULAR MAIL) PLUS MILLIONS OF PACKAGES, you have to expect a problem once and a while. U.S.P.S. is an INCREDIBLE DISPLAY OF HOW TO OPERATE A BUSINESS. FOUR and a half stars . KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS .

Very inefficient shipping and tracking. The private sector would never ship/track like this!

I mailed a certified letter from the Tom’s river post office on august 26, 2023. After 8 days it is still in transit to Maine. The last track I did said it will arrive late on 9/2/23. Has not arrived at the destination. A month ago I mailed a letter to someone who moved without me knowing. He has his mail forwarded to his new address but never received the letter I sent. Since there was a check in that letter I had to stop the check which I did. The postal service sucks and the post master general should be fired.

Usps picked up lackage 8/18/23. Where is it? Am dropping vendor and getting a refund.

Package mail never arrived on due date? Aug 31-Sept 2 address very accessible since 2008! Don’t want the mail privatized people neighbors have been complaining! Please do better

I don’t know why people complain about the USPS. I have never had a bad experience with them and have been using them for years.

I am waiting for two packages that were sent to me and in the status it says that I have arrived but I have not received it yet I want to know what happened
