Package sitting in Richmond Virginia 5 days

Bad customer service. Not a friendly service

I give the postal system a ZERO. It's been 3 weeks ago today I mailed two certified letters for $10.69 apiece, and they still don't seem to have been delivered. Freaking Pony Express of 200 years ago had faster service . Fire the postmaster general and get somebody in there that knows how to accomplish what they're hired to do!

It's been 3 weeks from Southwest Indiana to Jackson Wyoming, certified mail and still not delivered according to tracking. Pony Express was faster than this. They should fire the postmaster general and overhaul the postal system. They're regressing. Taking longer to deliver than 200 years ago when horseback was in use. I'd give them a zero if I could. This is ridiculous. You pay $10.69 to mail a certified letter and they can't deliver in 3 weeks only halfway across the country? And since it only takes a quick blink of a scan gun there is absolutely no reason why they should not be able to track every step of the way for a certified letter. This is ridiculous!

Slow and tracking is hit or miss.

I'm waiting a package that had to arrive 25th August and never arrived

Their updating process is horrible. It says my package has been in the same facility for 4 days

It doesn't show all notifications of my package and also no information on the address it's heading to!

They are the best shipping service for your dollars hand down for most things sent by courier.

My package was supposed to be here by the 28th and here we are on the 29th just being delivered to the sorting center in NY which means another what 2 days. This has been the slowest form of mail delivery I have run into.

They do very good job . My package sent to my son he received on time .

Very poor service!! All customer and delivery ., definitely international we have to used fedex or ups

My package was sent over to the wrong house and was posted to go back to sender but is stuck in Georgia and they wont say anything about it

Package ships from San Antonio to Austin, then to Cedar Park , then shows out for delivery in Cedar Park, not delivered, then shows on way to Blanco, now shows on way to Austin!!! What the hell!
