The price you pay for the service you get is ridiculous. I sent a medium FR box on August 21st 2023 it was supposed to be delivered August 23rd 2023. Today August 28th it says it's out for delivery. This has happened so many times it is ridiculous. If there was a cheaper way to ship I sure would do that. And where I live my mailman insist on shoving my mail in my tiny box and doesn't care if they ruin a card.

Honestly you make it very difficult to use your service anymore. My wife overnight a package on Thursday from Boston to California, it was suppose to arrive by 6pm on Saturday. It’s now Monday morning and still saying it at a hub in la. We try to support your service but I’m really done with usps

Mailed a package, parcel post or as everyone refers to it as snail mail, on Wednesday, 08/23/2023. Couldn't believe the receipt stated the estimated delivery of Saturday 08/26/2023. Well none- believers, I just checked the tracking number and it was delivered at 18:21 pm on Saturday, 08/26/2023. Outstanding service, especially for parcel post!! Pay more for Priority service and you end up with extremely slow service. There is no reason a letter should take a week to be sent. US Mail is now slower and less reliable than it has ever been.

Since the 15th I sent some documents to my family in Cape Coral and they still have not received it, since the 17th I arrived in Cape Coral and it has been transferred to Fort Mayer and it has not been delivered yet I need to speak with a supervisor or give me an email to contact the right person My family needs those documents and the time it has taken them to deliver it is overdue Those documents are too important and cannot be lost, this is the second time that this has happened to me in the same place. the indicated person has to take action to check the car of the one who sends it, maybe it is on the floor and for that is the reason it moves from one place to another and does not reach the destination

Packages are rarely delivered on time in my area. When I buy something that is distributed by postal mail, I already know that it will arrive late.

Next time I try and track a package don’t just put coordinates to the City Hall I would like to know exactly where my package was left not just the city

You try to resolve an issue and you go to a cycle without a solution

Lousy service, guarantee is nonexistant We dont track our mistakes on weekends. Now.2 to 3 days of we can find them.

Horrible service. My package went to Scott City, Missouri, then back up to the Chicago area, now back in transit to Missouri. WHAT??? I live in Missouri. Why all the stupid routing? Ridiculous. Hope I get the package.
