Never recieved my package

Had to pay for my priority package twice, because the post office screw up my picture for my passport when I went back they wanted to charge me again for another picture I told them hell no I didn’t make the mistake the first time. I should of had to pay to have it sent the second time . They delayed me even longer fir my passport. My mail has been delivered ripped torn and shoved in my mail box. The problem is 95% of the workers are lazy and to busy talking in their phones.

Does USPS seriously care about reviews

Package arrived in Killen Texas yesterday. But grandson couldn't get it oh we haven't scanned it yet.I called 800 today no help why have custermer service?

I drop my package on the 08/15/2023 today it's 08/25/2023 as of today there is no indication that my package was received or no tracking info I will never drop my item in that box no more. I am so upset. Customer service telling you to go to the post office you drop it of at, post office rep telling you contact customer service, at this point am going to count it as a lost. Ridiculous.

The problem is not the Post Office. It's the man running it. The joy needs to be fired.

Zero rating from me. I've been waiting for my package for 7days now. Poor service, I'll never use them again. What a waste of money and time

Flat rate box mailed 8/17/23, delivery date 8/21/23 must have been shipped pony express still did not arrive at destination yet today 8/25/23, care package everything will be outdated ready for the TRASH can not rate total FAILURE

I'm suppose to receive my registered letter in a four days but it's taking week and a half why they charge in advanced something they don't mail in time it's just a scam someone should make them comply with rules.

This isn't helpful at all. I entered the tracking number and the information that was returned was the same tracking number I gave them.

Paid for package to be delivered on specific date. Did not happen. Will go to competition.

Employees are very overpaid. Had a document sent from Omaha Nebraska to Oregon it went to Miami Florida. And now lost. Employees at the post office very rude

It's sad I'm still waiting on my package it been going on 4days.

Sent for express for Parcel .was told it will be there in 1 day it's been 14 days since ...called the customer care but they can't do nothing about it.. it's painfull when the Purcel I sent was express

My package is still at the Bogota station since August the 2nd 2023 and it has not moved since then, your system makes it difficult for me to get an update.
