I would liked to have raved about. However that. Not the case we sent this package priority mail on the 24th of June and it still has not been delivered as of today. That just about sums up our flusteration of your service and no one has even bothered to respond to this. Very disappointed with the whole mess.

You should be ashamed of the service you provide.I spent $12.60 to mail a package that weighed 1.5lbs from Albany NY to Staten Island NY. Unfortunately the clerk in Albany keyed in the wrong zip and the package ended up in San Francisco. So what I paid to be delivered in 2 days took 12 days. You should train your staff better. Asking for a refund I am sure is out of the question.

I Wes told the name of the person that received and signed for my mail was going to appear on my tracking but it never appeared. So I do I knew who received it and who signed for it after paying $15.25 from Peabody to Boston. The Clark:14 is always very nice no matter if he’s working alone or not and I pray that God bless him always ?. Amen

The USPS delivers 23.8 million packages every day. 99.87% get where they need. If you have a complaint write it down and stick it where the sun doesn't shine, wait for it to grow.

Had a package shipped on Monday, should have recieved it Thursday, but no, it had to go through atlanta which is a total crap show. Everytime I have had a package that went through Atlanta it was delayed at least 3 days. What is those people's problem ??? They have sent my package to three different locations including to Nashville and back 3 times when it should have went to chattanooga, which is where every thing I get goes to before being sent on to me. This is about the 4th or 5th time that atlanta has screwed me over like this. Are the people there stupid, lazy, or grossly understaffed ?? I am gonna suggest from now on everything ship ups or fed ex. Because I don't want tontake the chance that anything else will have to go through those clowns in atlanta, that obviously have no clue what they are doing.
