A parcel sent since 8 June 2023 is yet to arrive it's destination in Nigeria. The last record on the tracking is when it arrived Chicago on June 14th 2023. After that no more record on the tracking.

The manager at the North Tonawanda, NY (14120) post office is one of the rudest form of management I've ever encountered. (I wish I knew her name) My son was working out of state and I would send him care packages overnight mail. Overnight! It would never get there the next day! I paid $40 for the overnight package. I went back to her the first time it happened and she didn't care at all! It meant everything to me and nothing to her. When I got upset she got loud and rude, as if she owned the place! I'm not kidding! She let me know she has worked there for 9 years (I don't remember the number) and said she doesn't make mistakes! I told her SHE was the one who handled my package. She said I had to wait 30 days for a credit , wouldn't tell me where my package was and told me if I had a problem I could come in Saturday and talk to her postmaster (as if she knew she wouldn't get in trouble). I went in Saturday and sure enough, no one cares. The next 4 packages never made it overnight, 2 or 3 would then 5 wouldn't. I went back each time so mad but I was helpless! She almost laughed at me but made sure she made rude, unprofessional comments to me. She does not need to be in that position! I drove to another post office (14150) and had the best service! The woman at the desk let me know she has been at the post office a long time and what happened to me was unacceptable. She never said anything negative about the supervisor or the Post Office. That's what I would expect. She apologized and made it right. I began going to that post office every single week and had zero problems from that day forward. The woman at 14150 gets 5 stars. The other woman at 14120 gets zero. I told her I was going to to to UPS. She told me to go. I kept going to the post office because I know they are struggling. One bad apple is going to lose so much business it makes me heart sick for the post office. I'm glad I stuck it out. 14150 has an angel there. I ran in late one day and she filled out my slip for me to help get it out. What a doll! I hope this review is read and both women and dealt with accordingly. Fire the first one and give the other a raise. At least make sure the first one doesn't work with customers. Everyone in line with me said the same thing!

Still waiting for my package from RI, USA to arrive in Toronto,Canada. I have been tracking the package, now why did it go to international distribution centre Los Angeles of all places ????

USPS did not deliver the package from amazon!!!!

I have not received my order, it is not at my address and in my mailbox, what can we do? According to what arrived on June 28, but I have not received anything

Sent the package in Nigeria on May 27th 2023 it is now July 4th package is not arrived yet pay priority service for 4 to 6 day delivery, day time

Terrible online service. All I wanted to do was check the location/ route of my package and it gave me random places that it was nowhere near close to.

Everything went according to plan. Delivery at destination.

My brother sent me a pkg from puerto rico last Monday supposed to be here in RI on Friday today is Monday and nothing yet the fruits that he sent must be rotten by now not happy at all

They said my package would be there,I mailed it June 30 they said it would be there Monday around 9 PM.But mind you I paid for overnight but it was there on the 3rd as they said but at 830 that morning instead of 9 pm
