USPS reviews

Sent out a pkg on the 31th of May and still no whereabouts, as of today, June 14...."still in transit". In the meantime, client asked for a refund and I end up losing. Horrible service!

I’m not sure why delivery of mail/packages through USPS is so bad—they seem to be able to get junk mail through just fine. These are federal employees or contract with the post office. Seems like they don’t take their job very seriously. I suggested in an earlier review that USPS should confer with Amazon to see how they are successful with deliveries.

Terrible , I mailed my grand babies gift cards and insured them and was told after the fact that the insurance did not cover gift cards ! My babies never got their cards and I lost $100 !

They send a letter through here since June,6 is already June,14 and no respond is not even moving is been in the same place since a week ago really bad service don't used this is the worst

The reason I rate the post office one star is because there like to steal your package when there delivered them to your address. And tell you that they did delivered them to you

USPS is very late with my packages ALWAYS and just don’t handle my packages w care will be filling for a lawsuit very soon

No rating haven't received my package yet, been waiting, don't get any straight answers on it, it's almost like no one wants to deal with it when I call, so yeah not happy

I don't know why my package is moving from one state to another state and still coming back to the destination back this is getting out of hands

I paid extra for two day shipping. It’s 8 days later and the package is still “In transit”

It made it to customs and its not moving ?

This is the third time I have tried using the postal service, never again.I mailed important documents to be delivered the day by 6,pm the next day express it's now 10 pm and it has not been delivered.The service is horrible.
