I paid $35 for guaranteed delivery today for a Birthday gift and my package hadn’t left my state yet. I want a refund

very bad job the packages are stolen in a week two packages have been lost the supervisors give you blah blah blah and nothing appears and after days claiming and lost hours they tell you claim usps

No problem with USPS, packages always on time or delivered sooner to then expected.

If it is possible to give below 1 star i can give it to -1 ⭐️, I have worst experience with usps, they are using the application but not sure when they can deliver the parcels, day by day they were extending the delivery dates… worst ever experience with this company never deal with them in future

The tracking work

The service and delivery times l have experienced in the past 10 years has been excellent. One time prior to that the post office claimed they delivered an item and my receipent claimed it never arrived. They insisted it was delivered and refused any claim for even the minimum insurance they claim i had... It was my word agsinst theirs and of course theirs took top honors.

USPS is the best postal service in the world!

I sent letter off May 12th here it is June 12th a month letter n my package still sitting in same spot..never ever send mail through them and was told when trying to investigate that they can't track a single letter, but received a single payment can't be real..

I didn't receive any mail Saturday 06/10/23. I was to receive a package from Amazon that day. The note from Amazon said delivery was attempted. That was a lie. Someone was home all day. No one attempted delivery.

The Postal Service does a phenomenal job. They deliver absolutely everywhere other companies don’t have to thank you for your service.
