Package is still in Jacksonville Fl after 10 days of no movement. U.S.P.S. suggested a promised delivery in 10 to 12 days yet the package hasn't moved in over 10 days. Very disappointing!

Miss directed routed packages, certain postal centers not checking packages to the right destination!

Package was to arrive today and it didn't. Happens all too often these days the track my package map is great though at least I know where it is when it's not here. But it's stillnot here and for that I must take away 2 stars

If I could put a half star I would.It shows delivered and not here.This is ongoing problems everyday in our neighborhood.

Why does my parcel date increases every day?

I can have confidence when I send a letter or a package via USPS it will arrive.

Usually I visit the same office. Never a problem. The service is not changing in spite of COVID Holidays Vacation Voting Etc. My review is always the best I hope it goes not change. Even the service at home is perfect. All documents are delivered always on time with no damage. Never something lost. Thank you very much. And congratulations.
