I've been waiting for my package since April 30 what did you worthless ass holes lose my package usps has down hill bad

The employees at the Branson Post office are the nicest we have ever worked with. They always have a smile on their face and seem to enjoy their jobs and really care about their customers. Thank you for making it a pleasurable experience.

Paid for expedited service which states that I should receive within 2-3 business days but it's been almost a week now and still no confirmation date to it's delivery date is k own .

It seems to me that you chose the priority overnight for flat rate $28.95 or $29.95abd I thought flat rate means no more charges unless you ask for something. When I sent packages from West Des Moines I have to also pay for the weight using priority rates. Then on top of that 90% of the time they don’t get there overnight! Imagine that.

I don't understand why my package goes to San Diego then to San Bernardino then to Pasadena then back to San Bernardino then to Pasadena then back to San Bernardino ?then back to San Bernardino today 6/2/23 it is in San Bernardino distribution center and it needs to go to Rancho Cucamonga in California an it is certified 2 day mail delivery it cost almost $9 to certify it can someone please explain the back and forth method to me I don't understand frustrating confused and what the heck is going on with our mail

Always packages are delivered on time or earlier.

They tried to deliver my sisters pkg on Memorial day...instead of Tuesday lime they were supposed to....now they are investigating where the pgk is!! Really!!???? Get it together USPS!!!

I can not track my order

I ship a fair amount of packages. The service at my post office is always friendly and informative. Sometimes the tracking seems off base however, I feel confident that the routes taken are done with a purpose. I have not had a package lost. Many thanks to all those who are responsible.

The delivery arrives when promised or updates are received in a timely manner. The package arrives without damage. When I know I'm receiving a package via USPS I enter the info on their app so I may receive text messages alerting me to any delays or issues with transport. When you utilize their app all goes smoothly. Great service.

Not useful, because it’s doesn’t work for India

My package was to be in Thompson at 228 Clay Street and it's now delayed until Monday and it was supposed to be here Saturday it didn't even leave California or wherever it was at until yesterday sometime that's poor arrival service
