Horrible, horrible service. PO clerk says & my receipt shows that my parcel shd arrive in 3days. Duh?? It's been a week now, and maybe longer! Outraged!

I sent an extensive letter to Melania +/Donald J. Trump, Former President, at their Florida address at 1100 S. Ocean Blvd., Palm Beach, Florida on 04/18/2023, certified mail signed receipt card and I waited till 05/04/2023 as I figured this was long enough to wait. Went to my P.O. in Red Bank, TN, and come to find out my letter arrived like it was suppose to but got held up by whomevers in Palm Beach, FL, so instructed to call as I had all the needed numbers which I did. Talked to a Darrel at that post office and of course had to give all my numbers so he could send out his security staff to find my letter so I can get my signed receipt card and still waiting on a call back?? I did do a follow up letter with needed knowledge to the Trumps from the Post Office in Ooltewah, TN with the certified mail signed receipt card which is to arrive at the Palm Beach, FL, post office on Monday, May 8, 2023. Now I hope this P.O. in Palm Beach, FL, has it together and I get my now 2 signed card receipts back as this is costing me money and I feel I should not pay for inefficiency plus I am sure the Trumps want their mail. Side note when I asked Darrel to spell his name because I thought he said G instead of D and I was told D as in dog and all I could say was a smiling chuckle "wow" because growing up my nickname was "dog" and I bet Darrel does have a security dog hunt out now!!!

I went to FedEx and mailed a package to Houston Texas on a Thursday and they promised to have the package delivered on Tuesday. Well guess what, the package was delivered on Monday to Houston address. Why can't the USPS do stuff like that?

Snail mail is right for usps they never arrive on time when you call costumer service they make it seem like it's your fault because you chose the wrong mailing package F... that this is the most a.. backwards system..UPS is the way to go

It says just enter your cracking number that's a lie there's more to it than just during the tracking number

I paid for overnight yesterday at 9am its on transit right now I paid $28 I want my money back

I'll be 70 this year and the United States Post office has never missed a beat when it comes to package delivery and mail delivery.

Usps is so undependable! Delays and lost items are a common thing. I have been waiting for 1 month for an item to get to me from The mid west. If it would have been my choice I would have chosen any other carrier. Even pony express!

Losing certified mail is now standard practice as if the item is never confirmed by the USPS, they take the monies paid & assert ‘snail mail’ & ‘lost’ items are NOT their fault… USPS for states that if i wanted “Guaranteed” delivery I should pay more for Priority or Express ?! I can by cheaper & reliable guaranteed service from orher commercial service… why should I support a Constitutionally protected a ‘monopoly’ ?! Go away & start charging higher rates for commercial junk mail.

Usps is without a doubt the WORST CARRIER for aaanything. U cannot get help no way no how . What a FAIL, hope your business dies.

I have always had good to great carriers and counter service in this area (upstate NY). I wish local phone # s were still àvailable as online info is incorrect or not available. Very grateful to the workers and their friendly service.
