The flat rate for 3 day delivery is cheaper than UPS. I have used the flat rate service regularly for 2 years never had a problem. ALWAYS ON TIME!

We use to have an excellent usps delivery woman. She's not here anymore. I see them sit packages in front of visiable to the thieves who's job is to steal packages. RING THE BELLSSSSSSS!!!! THEY'RE NOT RINGING THE BELLLLLSSSSS!!!!

From 2021 to end of 2022 USPS doing very upsetting service, Mail lost or week late, blaming personal shortage, But after last year experience, Post office doing better than expected. My Mail on time, Thanks for improvement.

Sent priority mail on mon its fri and still not deliverd

My post office staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. And l know my package will arrive safely.

USPS HAS A TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY MISTREAT CUSTOMERS, THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PACKAGES THAT ARE SENT, PACKAGES ARE LOST AND STOLEN INSIDE THEIR FACILITIES AND AFTER THEY DON'T WORRY ABOUT LOOKING FOR IT, SO NO I RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE.

Have had great service and support with every package that I mailed. Thanks to all who are instrumental in handling so many packages and letters.

It never fails! When something is shipped by USPS.. it NEVER arrives on time, when it's supposed to? Never!!

I've had excellent service through my post office with packages often arriving a day early and in excellent condition. The only thing I wish was different is that the carrier would give a quick knock on the door when a package is dropped off on my porch. I often sit in the living room not far from the door and have no clue the package had arrived. Especially with the rainy weather we've had.

It is so true the put package in mail box even if it does not fit or they leave package in front of mailbox or do not deliver and say u was not home. They do not go no higher then the 3rd floor to deliver have of the time they do not deliver and send the package back to sender

I live in an area where the PO doesn't deliver to the address. So I have a PO box in the "big city" a couple miles away. I occasionally get deliveries that deliver only to the "street" address thus causing my package to go to my local PO. Whenever I get one of these deliveries the post master always acts like I'm causing her some giant problem, she always has to sigh and give me some huge lecture about how I need to het a po box there. Ahem, THEY WONT ACCEPT PO BOXES! I could understand the reason some mailman do what they do if they had to work with this lady.

This is the worse service. Says pkg in route from 5 days ago still dont have it. 10 different places. Ridiculous
