USPS reviews

The only carrier I have used that has a perfect record for delivery and on time or near on time results is USPS. On the rare occasions that the promised delivery date was altered were due to adverse weather conditions. I prefer you over any competitors and given a choice I always select USPS.

Certified mail piece lost. I have absolutely nothing good to say about the USPS Richmond VA Distribution Center. Mailed 4/20 & still not received as of 4/28!

My package stuck at elk grove this is my third package! Is anyone doing their job here?

The worst of any of the major carriers. Never had a good experience with USPS ever. Unfortunately that's how they ship my meds.

Usps is getting a lot better

I paid extra for a 3 day delivery. Package has been sitting in NYC for 3 days and GPS shows truck not moving. Notice of delivery is more than 3 days out. I want a refund for paying extra expedited.

USPS website is terrible. It’s amazing if it works which is not often.

I'm having to pick up my pkg today because the post office wouldn't leave it yesterday with all my other pkgs they left in the rain yesterday! What a joke our united states post office is!!!

I was told that my package would arrive on April 27. No mail was delivered to that address on the 27 of April. No mail!

The post office in canyon the people over there are so nice I take care of me good service over there .

No wonder the USPS is going broke. Paid extra to have something delivered in time for a birthday. Was to arrive by 4/4. Says it was allegedly delivered on 4/26. I say allegedly as it HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED!

Having problems with west union post office they are not notifying me when my chicks arrive via mail carrier or phone and I have left two contact numbers the last time this happened they gave my chicks away to family member
