Very efficient and reliable service

Service at the post office was great and then everything after that was a joke. 4 days to from WI to Austin TX with ridiculous on line updates. I Never received any expectations from the postal agent Driving that distance would take 2 days. All they know is how to raise prices

De joy should be removed and replaced from USPS he’s trying to destroy it,shipping packages and receiving packages is a nightmare!!!!

I hope my pkg gets there on time I have used this service before sometimes its on time other times late I really need this to be on time.

Yesterday morning I went to the post office in pleasant Grove on Buckner and Elam the young lady that was in there helped me out I am so grateful for her because I didn't know what I was doing or how it's going to get my letter sent out she was so kind I don't know her name but it have on my receipt clerk #3 I am so grateful to you young lady thank you very much

No Ed it was Obama that wanted to give the post office Saturday off too !!!!

Have been waiting for over a month for my order, why, WHY does it take this long, still setting in same location as the first day it arrived but nowhere near coming to me ?????

One has to be very lucky to have his/her package delivered on time by USPS. The experience of posting a Registered package within US and waiting one month for it not be delivered is frustrating. Without any fear, I will openly say that USPS needs more explanations for its inactive performances!

I sent a small package $100 insured, signature required which I paid 10.35 extra for the signature. Got message it was delivered signed. Parents didn't have it. Essex, MD post office said carrier delivered it. Luckily a postal employee named Angie tracked down carrier & said he still had the pkg & delivered it to them. Post office has terrible service. You don't get services you pay for. Angie at essex md post office, thanks for going the extra mile to help. This rating is not for you. You get 5 stars. Postal service everywhere gets 1 star. Services are horrible.

Absolutely the worse service!! Don't even deserve 1 star

My parcel been unknown whereabouts for 50days.its priority mail express parcel service.Have checked, too bad no one know its status.

Thank Trump for the slow mail and route cuts but there's plenty of supervisors
