it's really sad that someone pay for service and you don't receive it.I been setting here looking at my package in Grand Prairie for five days.

My order notyet received almost 1month already. Where is my package order no. 00072473. My order is adjustable 2 tier countertop drainer.

I send my important documents (FamilyPassports) to CANADA via usps and I insured and pay for 3 to 5 days delivery since 45 day the receiver did not receive the package even every single day we cantac the usps regarding the package ot means the services that the usps is doing it is not acceptable and no one can recommend it to send their packages via usps, still I don't know where my package it, the costumer services telling me the different things now I am in trouble because of the usps so I don want to repeat this mistake again to send my documents via usps and I don't want recommend usps to my friends this is the very bad experience I have from usps

Reliable enough, have yet to have a package arrive late or damaged

Very bad services and no help from customer care agents. No wonder they lose people’s packages! USPS needs serious improvements. I’m frustrated right now

The tracking hasn't been updated and I'm supposed to have it 4/27

I sent an envelope priority and sign for but it never arrived. I had all the faith in the postal service, not anymore will not be using priority mail anymore!

Why can't they get your package there on time, like they say they will. In my case live birds. Hopefully there still a live and well. Just need a drink.

I was exited at first about this program because there was a new way of tracking my mail, however, now I am not so thrilled. It has taken way to long for my package to arrive and the tracker is very inaccurate.

This place no good for business

Package has been "in transit" for a week and so far has been stuck in Las Vegas for days.

takes forever shipping (tho it says 2-3 business days)

The certified delivery service is terrible. I’m still waiting for my letter to be delivered since April 15th
