My package was sent back to me without explanation .just look at the website about international shipping. What am I looking for if I don't know what the problem is . Then it's not the clerks responsibility to advise the customers about packaging although they are the ones looking at the declaration page whilst processing then who should the customer ask .don't work at the postal service .thanks for me paying for the same package 3 times

If I could give 0 I would gladly do it.usps charges an absorbinate amount to ship something and the package sits for 3 in location it was shipped from.No wonder you go out of business.You do not deserve any government monies. You can't even deliver a package .this is utterly ridiculous. I and anyone else on a job would be fired.

MY PACKAGE IS STILL IN TRANSIT AND I NEED MY ITEMS. THEY SAID THEY ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER ON THE 15 BUT OFFICE WAS CLOSE AND WILL BE DELIVERED ON NEXT BUSINESS DAY WHICH WOULD OF BEEN MONDAY THE 17TH. ITS NOW APRIL 20TH AND PACKAGE STILL IN TRANSIT. I NEED MY STUFF NOW.

They have not updated my tracking since Friday April 14th. And according to the shipping on my order page, it shows that it arrived at local facility on April 17th and they still are saying I won't get delivered until April 22-24.. why do they have to hold my package 7 days??

front counter person was rude and unhelpful. Pricing for package showed up on screen at around 5 dollars. When he started calculating all his stuff price came up at 19.80 for a little envelope with a small box in it that weighed less than 2 ounces. Asked him why there was such a difference in pricing from what was first shown and what was now being charged. all I got was attitude and uneasy feeling that I better shut up or else package would go missing or be damaged. This should not be the service that I get from the postal service, find his behavior totally unacceptable.

I’m never happy with the services

USPS tracking is a JOKE Most of the time it won't show shipping progress, at times item is delivered and tracking shows it stuck someplace else

USPS for me is one of the Best Icons that represents The U.S.A.The history that it s represents is very valuable and it has been a very important institution of this country I always personally have received a.good service and all my mail and packages has arrived safe and on the date that I requested .Thank you for your service.God Bless you.

Horrible Service never again took more then seven days and package not received from New York

I ordered some stuff for my new born baby March 31 now it’s April 19th no one not answering they calls I really just want to know where baby’s stuff is and how much longer it will take.
