I called here from San Jose asking for the package I sent to Mexico and they helped me a lot. I feel relief. Good person I talked to

My package was sent back with no reason of what the problem was with it!

This place is absolutely insane, I typed out a paragraph about what was going on and she ask me to explain again??? SMH Then wants to charge me 5$ to find my package. Ill just cancel the order and let Amazon deal with it.

My package has gone from NY to NJ to PHILY to to Greensboro NC to SILVA NC to ASHVILLE to SILVA to RICHMOND VA to SILVA to ASHVILLE to SILVA and it says it has been delivered but it is in SILVA not SAPPHIRE NC. While the post offices are correct the sequence may not be. This is not the first time this has happened. When a package gets to Silva they don't know where Sapphire NC is so they just send it somewhere else.

My package went from my city to be delivered to, to another city and is now not traceable.

If my packages aren't lost they are never ever on time

USPS has turned into the most unreliable, incompetent mess I’ve ever encountered. I have 3 packages that were delivered to the wrong address and no way to get them back. This pkg is now late, and no idea when me or someone else will get it. And the rates are going up. Stop raping America. ??? I’d give them a zero or F- if I could. Thanks. Thanks alot ?

Went to site to track my package and the last update was from Sunday. It is never up to date.

Sent letter certified mail, was delivered but never got the signed copy back, smh, that was the whole point of certified mail.
