Why have you sent my package to New York? It was supposed to go to Columbus, OH!!! Your automated phone system is useless. Does certified mail mean anything?

Why does the parcels for Pago sit in Hawaii for weeks but Pago has two flights a week? Its unsatisfactory service for USPS

They leave things that should be placed in the mailbox or handed directly to you and signed for ...in the hallway in the hood and they are stolen. So we aren't even able to order a package ? They should be fired .

They always put my stuff in the wrong mailbox, understand its not an easy job but terrible and very dangerous .. almost lost my new passport at one time!! And I paid extra $20 for express shipping!!

You would have gotten 5 stars had my package not been put on the side of the road where anyone could have snatched it. Please put them on the porch if they don't fit in the mailbox

Sending an overnight package and takes 4-5 days to get there.

They say they couldn't get in to delivery package I was home all day that was a lie.

Typically usps extremely terrible in my town. Along with fedex they like to leave packages On top of mailboxes and in the middle of the street
