Worst delivery service. Never called and keep saying no authorized person found. Had to pick it up from usps store.

First I ordered two fenders when you got them to Chattanooga 40 miles from my house one came to me and the other one went to Illinois so I disputed it on my credit card and reclaimed my money and bought another one from another vendor now you act like you sent me the first one but I have screen shots of the tracking for both and the first one still shows in Illinois you need to get your information straight you lost the first one and I tracked the second one straight to my house the first one is still in Illinois according to your tracking good luck with that I got the second one today and kept the shipping bag and all my interactions hopefully you will find the first sellers fender and get it back to him good luck with that I put the second one on a little while ago and it fits perfectly we both know that it was USPS fault they were shipped out together and split up in Chattanooga saw it all on tracking

The Postal Assistant was courteous and professional. However, my CA package mailed 4/7 from Long Beach to Sacramento is still in transit. A little surprised it's taken longer to arrive to it's destination. Fire the Post Master De Joy. He's mucked up delivery efficiency by removing sorting machines, cutting staff, and overtime. I support the Postal workers who continue to deliver daily mail despite DeJoy.

Paid for 2 day priority but it took 7 days. The package should have never left Illinois but was routed through Florida.

Worst tracking app ever! Everytime I get an updated from seller I put tracking number in and it continues to say waiting for shipping label. WTF!

Ridiculous. A package was shipped and I received alerts the entire way, but upon notification of delivery, the package did not arrive to me. So when I took the matter to the postal service, they said the tracking number didn't match my address. They sent me text alerts the whole way but all of a sudden the tracking number didn't match my address???so now I'm out the money for the item plus still have no vacuum cleaner. It looks as though no one intends to do anything about this either.

Poor, poor service. If I could leave less star I would. How is there "no access"? As I have a mailbox, a yard a carport etc. Can't find my address??? I get mail all the time... SMH!

Delivered my package to wrong address.

My package I ordered said it was delivered to my house on a certain day and I haven’t received anything. And it’s been almost a week. I contacted USPS and they kept telling me that it’s been delivered. They need to double check the address and make sure it’s going to the correct person and not give leave the package at the doorstep. I am very disappointed that my package never came.

Someone pls make this make sense. I mailed a package to togo dat contained travel document for my sister. I was told 3 to 5 business day. On April 2 , de package was tracked in Jamaica NY. Come Monday I checked again is tell me dat de package is at JFK I cried yesterday. This lady is in Togo stranded and I have not been able to speak to a person all I get is de automated stuff.
