Service is terrible. Time sensitive certified letter to law office in Denver co from Boise Idaho that wad to be there in 3 to 5 days. Now on 12th day and it is still not delivered.

Sent my sons boxes for their birthdays. Said they would get them monday. 2 of them got them,and one is saying not registered?????? When will my son get it,since his birthday was Monday!!!!

They said my package was DELIVERED. But to this date as I'm writing this review I haven't got it yet

I came to look for my package and they say it's not there and I track my package, they say it's there, I can't find my package anymore

I paid to mail a card Express mail so it would get to the destination the next day , when I tried to track the mail ,it's not giving any information except it's still at the office I mailed it from , really 30.00 and you can't track the package . I'm extremely unhappy with USPS .

Didnt receive my package and no refund

My hearing aids were sent on June 17, 2024 The post office where they were sent from said that they would arrive by June 21, 2024. I have not received them and when I tracked them today June 25, 2024 it said that they were still in Lexington KY. I need my hearing aids and I am very upset that they have not gotten here yet after 5 business days

i absolutely distraught by the hurt that has been caused by usps not delivering my package on time. why pay for express shipping when the package doesn’t get there on time? scammers maybe? it’s time we make a change, usps… STEP YOUR GAME UP. i’m switching to fedex.

The sight was very easy. I gave me the comfort in knowing that my letter was safely and timely delivered. I am grateful.

Got a message that my package had been delivered and what do’ya know, it wasn’t delivered. I have to wait 48 hours before I can even report it as missing to get a refund back so thanks for that

I went into the Glenwood Springs, Colorado post office and was helped by Lydia, i don't know her last name. But she was helping one of the other clerks, but quickly called me up and provided excellent, friendly service. She's one of the best!!

It’s abject ridiculous to have proof of delivery, wait in line for 49 minutes just to have some blonde tell me that the package is not there! Seriously after checking tracking, she is the one who accepted the box.

Terrible performance! I mailed two envelopes from Detroit to residences in Chicago. One was not urgent so I sent it regular 1st class mail and paid $0.96 to mail it. The second was urgent so I sent it Priority for over $9.00. They were mailed from the same Detroit Post Office on Thursday. The Priority mail was promised for delivery on Saturday. It’s Sunday evening and it still hasn’t arrived. The 1st mail arrived on Saturday. Why pay a premium? Get rid of the Post Master General! The service has gone to the dogs since his takeover.
