This site is so helpful and informative when I send packages. When I think of all the packages and mail I send and receive I appreciate all the hard work from everyone. I get so tired of all the negative reviews. I try my very best at work, but occasionally I make an error. It happens.

This site is absolutely piece of s*** Updates takes 2 weeks. And they don't know where nothing is.

What a bunch of very stupid people sent an important document on June 14 overnight hasn’t shone up yet. Stupid stupid people you must be all Democrats nobody else can be that stupid

Im do confused... my package left Birmingham, Alabama,went to some small independent airport in Texas, then it was flown to Jamaica, New York??? I live in Mexico... Its been nearly two weeks and nothing yet..

The Service is so bad.

I send a register mail overseas on 6/01/ 24. And still didn't reach destination usps sucks.never I'm using them again

USPS has gone downhill so much. Worker's are rude, rarely get packages on time. It's getting sad.

Amazon should have taken over package delivery for the USPS, then possibly packages would arrive on time

I live in Florida. On May 28th I mailed package to my 3 year old Grandaughter in West Hartford Connecticut. I have Been tracking it since, and it has been looping from Connecticut to Springfield MA ever since. I filed 2 inquires so far. On June 17th and 18th it was back in the Connecticut post office 2 min. From my daughters House. On the 19th back in MA and now for 3 days it is transit but they can not tell to where. I was told yesterday by USPS to just file a complaint with Consumer Affairs in Connecticut. The worst part is this baby girl looks everyday for her present I sent her. So upsetting. I will never use them again.

My package came from India to the Bolling Brook post office to be delivered. However, from.there it goes to a different state and then lost the package. Undamn believable. Bunch of idiots.

I sent the package express Monday June 17 and they just got it today

Nobody cares and can’t find my package. What is the problem! People just don’t care anymore. Time to contact better business bureau and a lawyer.

Give up on trying to deliver mail and let Amazon do it! This is so sub par service that I don’t want to use the postal service for anything other than mailing a Christmas card today and hope it arrives by December 28 2025
