Terrible omg how can u Be So Unqualified to Deliver a Dam Certifide letter!!!!

Things always arrived in a timely fashion. Whether I was shipping or receiving.

I was in the usps Operation Santa program in Jacksonville, Fl NONE OF THE WINDOW CLERKS KNEW ABOUT THE PROGRAM! WHAT A SHAME! TRAIN YOUR CLERKS

I’ve had so many problems with USPS and not receiving my packages and carriers lying about leaving packages. Cameras outside showing no one came and going through hell to try to get my money back or my order delivered

My medication has been lost for 5 days.. & I'm in getting sicker.

I paid $9.65 to send a package 5 ours west of me in the same state NY on 3/30/2023 today april 4th my package is in Illinois. Talk about a waist of gas time and money....way to go USPS ?

I sent our son a package priority from Charleston S.C. to Gainesville Fla. It shows it was delivered on Thursday March 30th. Wait to a agent not him. Wait he still doesn't have it. Wait they don't know who the agent is. Wait checked Saturday it would be delivered April 4th a Sunday. Wait still don't have it and no one can tell me where it is. If someone was given it they should know who and who scanned it. I stopped using USPS for a reason. Want happen again. Will pay for UPS . Oh I forgot I can't reorder these items

Horrible service , I ordered from temu and it said package delivered at 11 am, I was awake at 10 am waiting for my package and the mail man never came and right it’s 4:39 pm tried to call USPS but no one ever picked up so I’m gonna wait 1 more day before I get a refund ?

All I see is commercials don't have no idea where a package is

My driver is horrible He/she does not like delivering packages and has stuffed them in my mailbox and made up excuses not to deliver my packages like the most recent one that my driveway or front door was not accessible

Horrendous, paid for express package on 24th guaranteed by 27th. It is now the 4th. Tracked package has bee going baletween 4 different warehouse atleast 3x. Can only imagine the state of the package if it was to ever arrive

I was at the country lake office located in kendal miami florida. I want to express that I am really grateful for the attention of Mr. Carlos who was the one who assisted me today, and I take advantage of highlighting that the other two people who were attending gave a quality service to each of the people who were waiting for make your efforts I highly recommend this office. Thank you USPS team estuve en la oficina de country lake ubicada en Kendal miami florida. quiero expresar que estoy realmente agradecida con la atención del sr Carlos quien fue quien me asistió el día de hoy, y aprovecho el resaltar que las otras dos personas que estaban atendiendo, dieron un servicio de calidad a cada una de las personas que estaban esperando por hacer sus gestiones recomiendo muchísimo esta oficina.
