Ashley was helping me for sending a package to another country. She is very good at her job. Very politely and sincerely handled all most all the customers.

Very slow service. Mail letter March 21 still not delivered on April 3. When looked at app it only said r route delayed delivery. Call service line, waste of time, could care less if letter was found or not. Stated it would be 2 -3 days before someone would review our case. Could have walked the letter myself and still delivered it before usps got it done

Really bad services… every time I orders and it come from usps they charge me crazy amount extra at the end and held my package here in Canada for around two weeks.

Trying to find out why my parcel has been sitting in Chicago for four days. Why should there be a charge to find out why?

Terrible service, package lost and even though it was sent priority I can’t get a insurance claim . Terrible process with no-one to speak to only by mail for claim process. Claim denied with changing reasons. Use Fed-Ex or UPS if you want your package delivered.

I’ve been waiting over a month for my package, finally days cleared customs in Canada a week ago and now it’s gone to Chicago, I had to cancel the product I ordered, first of all they didn’t want to give me a refund until I received products and returned and when they finally said ok it wasn’t the right amount.

Ft Benning USPS is infamous for marking packages as delivered when they are not and for delivering to the wrong addresses, leaving us to hunt out packages down. They typically will claim there is nothing they can do. Absolutely ridiculous.

The tracking stopped at chicago again will probebly never get my package once more worst compagnie of all time

Service has declined significantly over the the past four years. E-commerce businesses and customers are paying the price of politicized postmaster.

So pleased with the Priority Mail Service. My previous mail with USPS was never delivered twice. I had no other alternative but to pay the money to insure that my mail piece was delivered. Glad that I did and my brother received his mail on the exact date that was promised. As the old saying goes you get what you pay for. So much for mail using a first class stamp that never gets to the intended destination.
