Don’t ship with USPS again. Package took forever. It doesn’t give you efficient updates. Packages and Mail easily gets lost. My friends package took 3 months from USA to CANADA. It doesn’t take 4-5 days for a plane to land in Canada. There’s no excuse whatsoever. I’m very frustrated will never ship anything with USPS at all. I’d rather DHL which took 3 weeks, but gave efficient updates and custom service was very polite. Thank you!

It takes 2 months to get a certified letter back. I had to send another letter out. I decided to send priority mail thinking it would speed up the process. It's going on a month now. What a joke. I guess our government can't even deliver mail properly these days.

I mailed out a package to Raeford NC from Burlington NC paid extra to have it get there faster. Was suppose to be there Mon still not there. Tracking says it went to TX Why? That makes no sense.

Over a month it took to receive my package. Stuck in Toronto since 14 of March and still no updates.

Worst service ever. Package from US to Canada got sent to Australia first and 3 weeks later is still “en route” to Canada. They had one job !!! Will NEVER use again

What happens to my package ,I suppose to have it, more than one week, I'm really frustrated,

03.27.23 three packages were delivered at my mailbox at 3:20p.m. I got text message. In an hour and a half I got text message again that another package came with different tracking number. I went to check for this package, but there were nothing. This package USPS marked as delivered. Shame for that. Money are lost

I like the way I can track my packages and get emails of time or day of estimated delivery nice tool to have thanks

Very slow and unpredictable service. Package was express, it was sent out 03/24/23 and it is now 03/27/23 and I have not received it as yet. I tried to track it but it kept saying wrong tracking information although I was using the tracking information that they gave to me. This is crazy!!!!

The price I paid for the shipping for very and took few days to be delivered. I love it.

If I could give you no stars I would. It took less time for my package from China to arrive than my package from New Jersey which has been sitting at customs for over a week. If I had a choice in the matter I wouldn't have had this package shipped USPS.
