The service is very slow I been trying to get my package it’s been in Chicago according to the tracker for weeks. This will be second time since February, they lost my package

My package was supposedly delivered to my address on Mar 24 2023 at 4:08 pm delivered through the USPS to a secured lockable mailbox thack number 42095667937481091240183181177 I never received a delivered package please help local Post Office won't answer their phone

3rd party has shipping delays which reflects usps

I have a package in Scottsdale, AZ that has yet to be delivered to me here in Texas. I’m beyond upset that I can’t get my package that I paid for.This has been since January.

I paid for overnight delivery. My package was supposed to arrive Saturday. It is now Monday with no sign of my package. Tracking it, shows that is just keeps going back and forth, from on the way to be delivered, then back to the post office. After spending all morning "communicating" with customer care, the only info I received was what I can find myself by typing in my Tracking number. The only thing I received from customers care outside of that was attitude and belittling me. WTF?! I am the one that should have attitude! THE USPS IS WORTHLESS AND I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! Especially when there are so many other options. The only they do for me these days, is fill my mailbox full of junk mail!

Delivery unpredictable. Chicago to St. Louis can take 10days for delivery.

Are use the Xpress mail service twice in the last three weeks. Neither one was on time.

I send a package to Peru on Feb 07 and they didn't receive nothing not yet. And today is march 27. I don't understand why take a long time or what happen with my package

On the 27th of February sent a parcel from Estes Park Colorado to Greenville Sc. When an attempted delivery was made ,delivery person claimed address needed to be confirmed that was the middle of march. When I contacted that office they said they returned it to sender. Now it has been in transit and now the 26th of march shows it in transit to next facility. It has been a month since the parcel was sent and still haven't reached my p o box. For the money spent and time it took to return I could have sent it FedEx faster. I'll remember that next time. !!!!!!! Rating is poor to below poor.

November 28 I did sending a urgent package to porvo ut I did payment overnight 27.50 and supraise my package dissappear like magic until now not body knows what happens to my package I did called to the postoffice many times and not body said anything positive about they don't care and olso because I wait to long to do the report they never paid for my insurance the funny things if you do something wrong to them it's ferro offense but because I m a customer it's nothing whatsoever I can't believe the regulations for customer you loosen your package they don't care they are a bunch dishonest people OMG
