they lost my package

My package left more than 10 days ago from Nebraska to NY and it still hasn't arrived..

Worst service ever

This is 5 out of 5 times that the mail delivery driver lied about someone not being home, in order to avoid doing their job. Then when a redelivery option is chosen, the package or letter does not arrive and you have no recourse. I can't stand it, and their terrible management.

What good is the tracking if its never updated!!! Package took 3 days to ship after USPS got the package posted it went to the next place now nothing posted again for 3 DAYS!!! Why even have a tracking # if no one can even see where the package is!?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️

Was surprised that overnight delivery still means just that. Great job

They sent my item to wrong location even though I ordered with Amazon

So far all my experiences,with receiving mail & sending mail has been good. The employees I have encountered at two locations in Norton, Mass have been awsome. The employees at the newer big attleboro mass store have been excellent as well.. I hope to have good experiences with USPS.

I've had 2 packages that was supposed to be sent, they said they delivered them, but they never did!

Paid to have guaranteed delivery for yesterday by 6:00 pm. Never received they say the business was closed. Huge hotel open 24 hours a day. Customer service didn't speak English, couldn't understand a word she said!

My letter sent from Warren Michigan 6 days ago, Never received, had been in transit at same location, it is ridiculous and as if it is coming from the Moon!!

Can't locate package like a needle in a hay stack
