Y’all tell people that it’s going to get there in 4 to 6 business days and it’s don’t and then when you try to track it you have a problem tracking. Y’all have people paying all these fees and it’s don’t get to them. Poor business.

Looking at my package looks good

I ordered a book last Tuesday. The vendor packaged the book and delivered it the the USPS office in California that afternoon. It arrived in within 30 miles of my home by Saturday evening. The estimated delivery time is WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. That is pathetic! THAT is why FedEx and UPS has destroyed the USPS in the mail/package delivery business.

We have been visiting post office regularly since we paid priority and none arrived. Checked tracking and says they arrived days ago but no notice in our box. We lost on the priority

The postal service is getting to be so poor here lately! Do not understand at all. Takes 7 full days for mail to reach from North Carolina to Virginia, and my daughter's got a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Please hire more people or try to resolve these issues.

Would leave no stars for poor service, My daughters birthday is today March 12 mailed her package on March 9th priority mail paid $9.65 was told she would receive it by March 11th latest. Well still no package says it will be delivered on March 13th, what a very big disappointment. I think they should refund the money and offer a BIG apology to my heart broken daughter!

Dont even want to give a 1 star. Order on Feb 6, 2023 and today is March 12 and still haven't received my parcel. Feeling very disappointed and frustrated

Rude, unprofessional service at Batavia, OH. Post office. Said "not my problem" well ! We'll see about that. If it wasn't then it is now!!! Package at that location since 2-37-23.

They refused to knock on the door or leave the package in the safe place multiple packages have been lost very poor service very poor explanations from upper management

Horrible these mailmen just deliver packages to any address package lost all the time. Wouldn’t give any stars if I didn’t have to

I mailed a letter on 2-24-23 and paid 9.95, priority mail and it is still enroute. I want my money refunded.
