USPS reviews

I send a letter priority mail,explain the clerk about my urgency, he told me that priority take 3 to 5 days. I accept it, the letter arrived late, now i have to pay because of it.

Twice missed a package, I was expecting a package from France, it arrived at usps office and returned it, address not find.

Paid the post office United States Post Office $122 on February 23rd around 11:16 in the afternoon to deliver a postal box package to my niece and Georgia on February 24th at 6:00 p.m. I pay overnight express fees we're in March the packet never got to her so tell me what's up who's going to help me now

My package out for delivery since this morning 11/3/23 still not delivered yet

Had a great experience with receiving much needed help from worker Jermaine, Paul Laurence Dunbar, on properly boxing items that were to be shipped off today. Really appreciated his kindness, made a great start to my day.

Tracking system is lousy!

Package was delivered then taken back and put on hold. Not ok! USPS deserves 0 stars.

USPS has no excuse for their ineptitude. Little wonder they've lost money since the begging of time. I competent to the core.

I send Priority envelope 03/06/23 to 02740 Ma , expected de to arrive 03/10/23. I track , is in Cincinati, OH. I Pay $9.65 for ???

Released 4 days ago 3/6/23 by T-Mobile due by the 10th and no information on package on USPS side! I have a tracking # and can't track my package! Not impressed at all! Why have tracking #'s or online information on where to track packages if you can't track it! Useless!
