Great to know how poor the ratings are for this service as I get to watch my package get slowly shipped and delivered to a DIFFERENT F****ING PERSON. IN A DIFFERENT COUNTRY. can't do ANYTHING right.

Package sent certified 2023-03-02. Still not received 03-11. Arrived Bedford Park on 03-04. Delivery address is 20 miles from there. 7 days and 20 miles away. Seriously!?!??!? Sent CERTIFIED ! Absolutely useless. If anyone else performed like this, they would be out of business

Everytime I put the number into track I get no results! It says waiting for info

Have had a recurring issue of packages listed as out for delivery, doesn’t get delivered, then changes to in transit. I have no idea what caused the change and there is no information! Like why it wasn’t delivered, when it is expected to be delivered. It is very confusing and frustrating.

Package was suppose to arrive in the Virgin Island. in 3 days. Mailed Monday today is Saturday package has not arrived yet

USPS is awesome

Sent certified mail on 3/6/23 at 9:08AM estimated delivery 3/8/23 .had to travel 20 miles. 3/10/23 and it is still in transit. Lousy serivce.

Still waiting for my package, it's almost a week late and it's extremely difficult to get a refund on the app I ordered it from. Not the happiest right now...

Extremely slow delivery even for Priority Mail. Shameless.

What has happened to our postal system? Close all post offices and just go with the bigger carriers UPS, FEDEX.

I sent a urgent date sensative document out on a Friday 3/3/23. I needed it to be in Pennsylvania by Wednesday the 3/8/23. On Thursday I tried tracking it but my tracking # was invalid. Hmmm, how's this happen. I call UPS and they tell me my tracking # is a USPS #. HOW did it get there? UPS & USPS have some shipping contract to move sensative documents faster. I was told at the UPS office they'd try to get it there by Wednesday but no guarantee. I checked it using USPS and it was delivered Tuesday, a day early restoring my trust with USPS.
