Tracking a package from 1 end of nj for the 3rd time…up & down the state…usps not only no help…THEY COULD NOT CARE ANY LESS!

Best service ever,been using PO Service since I mailed letters for my neighbor when I was 6 .Love it !! Don't see how this country could ever lose it.Stay strong our postal workers.

Terrible updating package is over 3 weeks late and the last update was on the supposed day it should have been delivered

The Ofallon MO Post Office Sucks!!!! Also in my tracking for a package, it shows in the St Louis PO on Tues 2/28 and then to the Ofallon PO on Wedn 3/1 but then BACK TO ST LOUIS PO ON FRI 3/3!!!!!!!!!!! Why did Ofallon not deliver it???????

A first class mail with tracking number sent from Victorville on 3/1 to Costa Mesa has not yet arrived and is stuck at Santa Ana regional office. So what is the advantage of paying extra for first class when my letter is being treated like third class mail? This is not the first time it happened. A month ago it took over four weeks to receive it. I wish if I can give you lower than one star. You deserve the worst rating.

This isBS I spent 59.35 for over nite pm express. It was to be here by 6pm 3/4/2023 and no were to be found I'm so pisted I can't get in contact with anyone to help me never again will the post office get my are my family's money .. and they are paying me my 60.bucks back BECAUSE THE RECEIPT SAY IF NOT HERE AT 6PM MONEY BACK..

One out of 3 of packages coming to me that go into the postal distribution center in Jersey City never are seen again. I've complained basically to be blew off. I have alot of packages sent to me so I'm not talking about one or two, it's many. It's like a black hole of packages. I haven't one now that entered it, and then nothing. It looks like this will join the ranks of Jersey City postal casualties

What happen to giving you tracking information as your package goes to the different cities. All I see your item is moving through the system. (Horrible)
