USPS reviews

USPS is really slipping. Mailed a first class certified letter on 2/15/23 from Santa Fe, NM to Topeka, KS and is taking more than a week. Congress should pay for the service we used to have.

I would rather walk every package or envelope to it's destination. Don't ever send anything over seas and insure it because once it gets to customs they will not insure it from that point on and they won't tell you that when you buy the insurance. I sent a laptop, external hard drive and some jewelry to my fiance for Christmas 2 years ago and it shows it is still setting in customs overseas but the USPS would do nothing to help me even though I paid well over $100 to insure it. I will absolutely never send anything remotely important through USPS again.

A two day priority mail has about 5days now. Not impressed with you or your tracking system. Will not use priority mail again.

When you put a prepaid label on your package that has a tracking number, it almost never gets tracked properly. Ask me more for particulars. This has happened for my last 6 shipments that were two or three priority.

I have never had a problem with USPS. The workers outside delivering are very professional...and helpful. I always ASK them if they would like a bottled water and I leave a snack on my mailbox occasionally for them because they go thru Rain Snow Sleet Hail Hot weather Cold weather and be alert for Angry Dogs!. And I know their feet hurt at the end of the day. I tip my hat to ALL of them. They endure A LOT that we often take them for granted. Their job is not a Bed of Roses...they WORK HATD! THANK YOU TO ALL OF THE USPS! I APPRECIATE YOU ALL!

By far the worst mail company. Estimated delivery was at first the 16th, then the 18th, it’s now February 22nd and my package is still in NJ, and has been since the 16th, which is only 14 miles away from me. There’s no updates on the delivery or anything.

The post office could not track a barn if was in front of it

Three days service my mail.parsons don’t get yet still waiting and I didn’t get the notification please do something about my mail very bad service. three days service they charge me $75 for that you guys should know that this is a bad service. usps is regular service and express mail same not deffrench for three days I still am digging I don’t get it
