I’m very disappointed in usps service I’ve sent 2-3 care packages before this package and they was a delivered to my Soldier in Syria up until know. Mailed this package off Dec. 12, 2022 it’s almost March. When tracking package it says sent back to sender WHY????? It’s the same address I sent all the other packages. I’m not happy about this at all. And if package has been sent back when will I get it BACK to resend it????

You raise your rates but service gets worse and worse. Mailed certified letter to Dallas 2/15 still hasn't been delivered 2/19. Mailed payment to Little Rock 2/3 never arrived. Mailed letter 1/23 and package 1/30 to same address to cumming, GA. Package delivered before letter. You should be ashamed of your service or lack thereof.

Tracking is still the same don’t know if it’s gotten to destination keeps saying it’s on the way to destination that was nearly 2weeks ago and it was Priority Mail and supposed to be in the country I sent it to I need answers it didn’t take this long the last time I sent a parcel.

I've twice paid for 3-5 day delivery and both freakin times it took over a week to receive my merchandise and no mention of a refund for the $12 damn extra postage. Their services and products have gone through the roof as far as pricing and the employees are all rude! No customer service to handle this type of matter. Totally pissed and fed up. I suppose if I had chosen regular delivery (5-6 days) it would probably have taken 10 freakin days. ???

shipped mine over a week ago and payed for fast shipping, they kept changing the delivery date and it stayed in the same place for 3 days ?

Wth my package was in Montgomery Al the other day and now it’s for transit from Atlanta Ga. I am 1 1/2 hrs away from Montgomery and Atlanta is 3 1/2 hrs away from my place.

My package has been lost for 1 week. Last update was 2/13/2023. This is the 2nd time my package has been misplaced /Lost. I have not had results even a after speaking to a person 2 times. I WILL NOT USE USPS AGAIN FOR SHIPPING. I hope you find my package. 1 star, i might change it later. BTW y'all have a very low rating and I know why.

I just love my Post Office Clerk number 04 I have had her twice she is so nice. They are very friendly at the Temple Terrace USPS. Thank you.

Postal workers were very helpful &friendly. I appreciate each and everyone of you. You work hard every day and put in some hectic hours. Can't express enough how good you are at what you do. ☺️

Absolutely WORST information I’ve ever seen. Entered tracking number and I get NOTHING but crap ingo

They don’t give me an accurate time for arrival and are always late when they say fast track or you pay for faster delivery

Convenient and all parcels on time or earlier
