Most times mail is on time delivery. I have mail preview so I can see what is being delivered

Horrible waiting another day with no package sitting in Pontiac Michigan it is no surprise that the United States post office is not getting good reviews when they cannot deliver the mail anymore then it's time for a major overhaul or is it time for them to go back to work definitely will not use the mail service for any type of package delivery or pickups if I could help it

Terrible service. No tracking information available. Lost package. Zero stars.

I didn’t get the service I paid for neither was I refunded, after spending so much time trying to get an agent to speak to, got one who was very nonchalant about my concerns. I will never pay for an express delivery or fast track with these guys again cos they don’t deliver fast and don’t care about your emotions

Very sad to say that delivery a packages by the post office is very poor we're not recommend using them due to the fact I just takes too long to get your package or it could easily be lost

What's going on with my package

I sent a registered mail from 2/7and now it has not arrived this the sacand time happened

My Cheyenne package got there a day early

I sent my taxes that needed amended in and the first package stayed LOST for 5months before i was aware. I had to call over 15 places to learn it was lost indefinitely. So I had to redo them and send in again a year later. This is taxes from 2years ago I'm STILL waiting on because a CERTIFIED TRACKED PACKAGE was lost n never found to this day

Paid for priority mail and package is still 4 days late from DC to Alabama. Pitiful.

very very bad poor service. after 10 days we received one package and the other package is showing in transit even both mailed same day same time. irresponsible job

Since Trump assigned the new post master general & his implemented changes my mail delivery has gotten worse. I started to notice my envelopes arrive with 1/4 inch cuts big enough for thieves to insert a camera to examine the contents so the thief can steal the contents.
