My package is several days late and the tracking number doesn’t even work anymore. Very poor service

You do a good job

The sorriest government business ever. The overnight express mail takes a week or longer to get delivered. It’s horrible!

They need to update when it hits a destination and only if it's moved

I paid for an overnight almost $30, I am on a contractual deadline. My package did not get to its destination today as I paid for at 9:58 a.m. on 2/14/23. I want answers and a refund.

The worst way to receive a package! Had package arrive in town than leave and back track to previous location then claim it’s lost. Waited 2 weeks for this package. No one at USPS cares at all.

One star because it was finally delivered. Sent a registered letter 1/30 from Minneapolis to the IRS. SIXTEEN days later it was delivered, if the tracking website can be believed. You quit sending updates…

Sent a express mail Saturday Feb 12 it's now Feb 15 1145pm. Still haven't been delivered yet. Very disappoint. It's my wife Valentine's gift. Paid 29 dollars for guarantee. Zero stars for the US Postal Service.

Well I see that my parcel is close by my address on the tracking map but no one has co.e to my door or dropped a noticed to say they been at my home but it says I was unavailable to receive delivery. Which is untrue. I paid a lot for delivery and it seems I will have to go and pick it up at my nearest post office. Tsk why why why.
