Paid for next day delivery. On receipt delivery date is the next day. Never arrives on next day. On website in transit possible delivery is three days from the original delivery. Why pay for next day when you cannot deliver?

I love tracking my packages and usually everything works out fine. Nothing is 100%, so I'll settle for 99%. I'm just glad we have the tech to track our packages.?

I only saw my package departed Utah, nothing in between, was notified it was delivered…no package received. Really?

This is Horrible! I live 2 hours away from where the package started. 8 days later, my package is in Tennessee. It went to 5 unnecessary cities and we paid ten dollars for two day delivery. Something needs to be done!

Our rural carrier is 10 out of 10!! Always happy and helpful. She even has become buddies with our dog! Gives her snacks. I appreciate USPS so much - great essential workers. A#1!

Haven’t received my package. Keeps coming back from my state to a different state. Awful services no help at all.

Showed where my package was for an day and then quit tracking.

I'm giving 2 stars because the postal clerk was nice. However, it cost $22.80 for a Priority Mail package -- they call it their "Large", though it's not large at all. I sent it from Wilmington, and so far, according to the tracking, it's made it to Philadelphia, which means in 2 days is gotten about 26 miles. Considering its going to Orlando, Florida, I'm guessing it might make it there by March. I'd be fine with the shipping time if it weren't so exorbitantly expensive. Should've just done UPS

I only was able to track it for the first 2 days. Is BS that it been 10 days and I haven't been able to tack it for 8 days.

Good service, quick delivery, very helpful at the counter, will go back for sure with other important mail. Thank You, USPS
