It took a few days before USPS actually started working on my package due it's back log. Now it appears USPS caught up on the back log . My package is in transit now per USPS tracking notification. USPS, I so appreciate you having a place to write a review

I am very disappointed overall with USPS tracking or for that matter the urgency sending a certified letter I sent out 02/03/2023 from Orlando, FL. to Springfield, Oh. It has been at the same location for the past 3 days with no movement or information other than in transit. I thought that each time the letter arrived and departed it would scanned? Who is not doing their job?

Package is 15 days late. Postoffice should refund shipping when they mess up. WE NEED TO SPEAK TO CONGRESS TO SET NEW RULES. My postal clerk has the personality of a kumquat. He will surely ruin your day. In fact I think that's when he is at his happiness.

I have never had any loss damage or mis delivery in over 60 years. The pricing has always been competitive if not lower than other domestic small parcel services existing or defunc!????

Close the POSTAL SERVICE, my package arrived in PA.Saturday the 4th went out for delivery same day. Returned same day do to company being closed. Been sitting in Wilkes Barre,PA SINCE, TONIGHT IS THE 9th

Should shut down the bleeding USPS it’s getting worse. My package arrived in Wilkes PA. Sat 4 th tonight is Thursday 9th, package was returned to PO Saturday do too company being closed. IT’S STILL SITTING IN WILKES P. O. Since Saturday.I hauled US MAIL 11 years on tractor trailer if it wasn’t for us you would never get your mail.contractors are required to move mail in MA. 365 days a year

Package been in transit for 3 days no tracking info

The package was not delivered or left where they say it was .They just do what they want. This is definitely not the first time. Horrible service !!!!!!

The courier who helps me at the desk is outstanding! She always gives the best service even when the store gets busy. 10/10

Great service at Post Office by USPS agent who helped with international paperwork for package.

Shipping costs going up , barely getting the tracking information, more often not getting packages delivered any faster than regular shipping when paying for faster shipping.. no way to get refund for the difference between express shipping and regular shipping.
