Third or fourth time that they've said that a package was delivered to my address and it wasn't and I never received them they either go to my neighbors or somewhere else this time they're nowhere around here

Package still lost. Delivery date Jan 25th to receive. In the past month I have had 5 refunds. Two lost, 3 arrived broken. I can't be the only person this is happening to. What's up with postoffice service.

my package needed to go from southern Wisconsin to Northern Illinois.. I watched it land in my town and then passed my town to the wrong post office. when I checked tracking it said "missent". so sick of this

Same as others. Return receipt requested. $8 letter. 4 days late

Last update was 3 days ago, delivery date was yesterday and still no package, waste of a postal service

I paid $28 for an overnight delivery. Just an envelope and I put it out Friday morning and it got to the destination the next Friday. They overpriced everything

Employees are always friendly. I get my packages quickly.

Sent letter 1-27 from Santa Fe, NM Has not arrived as of 2-9. poor service

Sent package to my son in Canada and he received it on time.

No tracking info for 4 days!!!

Sent my grandson a check, priority mail!! From Breckenridge, co. To Durango, co. Thought I was safe with priority! It went to Colorado springs, new Mexico Washington state, back to New Mexico and Colorado! He still doesn't have the check! He's in college and needs that money! ?

It doesn't give updated info for package it shows in transit and in Florida but that's Monday today's Thursday

Packages are sometimes delivered to wrong address, often slow delivery, cannot speak with helpful person when package gets lost in the process.

Brought my package to my regular friendly postman and it was delivered 20.5 hours later. Success!
