My packages get delivered on time and in good shape. Always get notifications too.

Reasonable delivery time

The local post office does not provide a good customer service, never answer phone or if answering never follow instructions.

USPS in the grand forks area has been dropping packages off at random houses not even close to where the Forrest houses are! It shows laziness and how unprepared and unorganized your company is in this area

I sent an overnight birthday gift to my granddaughter on Jan. 31. It is now 2/8 and she still has not received it! I’ve called USPS FOUR TIMES and have received NO help. This was an OVERNIGHT package and all USPS keeps telling me is that it’s “in transit”. I am at a loss and don’t know what more I can do. I’ve even had two case numbers assigned to it and still nothing!!! This does not even deserve a ONE star rating!!!

Ridiculous how they have three packages of mine all shipped from same location at same time. I get one on a Saturday the next one on Sunday and the third is MIA USPS should be dismantled

I have a mail lady who delivered the mail on time and put it in the right mailbox at 3702 Denison Road

I've always have had great service with USPS,

They deliver a package at the wrong address or they don't show or let you know that the packages delivered or not so it won't get stolen

Totally unprofessional and disappointing. This is the second time I’ve entrusted my mail to delivered on the expected date given and here it is two days late.

From standing in a line of 10 or more people because the PO doesn't want to hire enough people to serve the municipality. Then you pay higher prices for shipping compared to FedEx and get late and lousy service. This entity needs to throw their hands in the air and give up. ?
