My package has been lost in limbo, says that it's out for delivery but yet has not been delivered nor is there any way to contact them to see exactly where my package is or where I can pick it up myself.

Not always good. This time it got delivered

I give 5 stars. Why.... well you just can't get any better with the USPS. They are the best...most friendliest..courteous...professional mail....courier service you can get. I live in a very ,very rural area. My packages are always delivered and received without me being worried that my mail or packages will be delivered with no problems EVER. And if th see is it will be resolved in a timely professional manner with out any hassle. It's the only way to Mail.

They do not deliver mail to apartment buildings or help new renters know what needs to happen to recieve mail at new location 90 days and still mail returned to my home adress poor service

Totally unacceptable service. Package was supposed to be overnight and it finally arrived 6 days later with no explanation. Not happy at all

USPS claims they delivered a package to my address on February 7, 2023 at 12:51 PM and that the box was delivered to my mailbox. I have no mailbox! I have a mail slot! Since when can a box fit through a mail slot?! Item was not received. I happened to be home when delivery is claimed to have occurred. No such delivery received. Delivery person needs to be spoken to. Obviously they made a mis-delivery or a false delivery claim! Very annoyed with USPS.

I would love to know where my package is.... I sent it overnight express Mail... Spent $30.00 doing it. That was on Feb 01. Here it is a week later the package is still not delivered still in transit from Springfield Mo to Oklahoma City. I guess the driver is taking the scenic route. Somewhere between Springfield Mo and Oklahoma City is the payoff check for my house trying to make it to my mortgage company. So how many stops are between Springfield mo and Oklahoma City? Why haven't I been sent any updates. Why does the postal service not seem to care? You have been delivering mail literally for YEARS.... Why can't you get it right. I could have spent 30 dollars in gas and hand delivered it myself. I filed a case and now I have to wait God knows how long for it to be investigated and get a response. I suppose my next option is to hunt it down and retrieve it like a bounty hunter. Thanks for the disappointment. You turned what was suppose to be a moment of celebration into a total disaster.

I spent $30.00 to send a $39,000 dollar cashier's check to my mortgage company Oklahoma City from Joplin Mo. It has been a week and it still has not reached my mortgage company. It left Springfield at 9 pm on February 1..... I am beyond stressed out. I have filed a claim... I signed up for updates through messaging and email. The best the post office can do is be rude and unhelpful. Hurry up and wait.....that about sums it up. Since it was a cashier's check in order to have it canceled and reissued I have to take out an indemnity bond and wait for 30 to 90 days for a reissue of the check. Not to mention the interest that is accruing on my loan that would not be accruing had this not happened. What part of these expenses us the post office going to cover. I just wanted to pay off my house. Thanks for screwing it up for me.

Paid $33 to have a small package sent a perishable items priority mail on February 2 to New York items arrived in New York then sent to Rochester New York then sent to Phillipsburg New Jersey. Have no idea when they will arrive in New York City. How does one get a refund?

Juan and the female worker ( brown hair) who was assisting others were both incredibly friendly to everyone. It was quick. Juan was the person helping me. They were amazing. I dont know the lady's name but she was helping ppl with how to mail things, where the library was how to write out an envelope ( things ppl should know as a life skill) she was so patient with everyone. Never was upset or annoyed. Juan was amazing too.

Great service packages are usually delivered before expected date

Postal employee was very pleasant and more than helpful. Just couldn't believe how much the freight was on my package I was mailing to my granddaughter!
