Most of the time when someone who I purchase from uses usps I have issues.. I currently have atleast 2 or 3 packages that I have not received from last year to now and countless lost packages over the time I’ve been making online purchases. I would never recommend Usps..

Sent letter international January 19, postal worker said it would take 6 business days, insured,tracking cost $29.60. Has not arrived yet Feb 04-23. In transit says it's still in the same state of Florida of departure 2 weeks later. Ridiculous service, will never use again

Payed $28.75 for next day service, on January 31. Package is still sitting in the Greensville , NC. Today is February 4th. Last time we use USPS.

Why you people never deliver my package since November 28 we are in February and nothing why you doing the job so good that's ferro offense stilling people mail

I love USPS! The Mail Agents are all friendly and helpful. I am grateful to them for their many miles of walking and carrying letters, packages, and even junk!

2 packages in a row coming from Santa Barbara to raleigh nc has not made it. First package they said is lost and they can’t find it. I had insurance but it’s so difficult that you will never get the insurance they are cons. The second package I do like all my other 2-3 day delivery it’s been 10 days and still says in transit. Has anyone had a problem with usps in Santa Barbara

On Monday, 1/30/23 I paid priority rate of $10.95 to send a small package to my wife, who is working for FEMA in the Merced, CA area. Tonight, Friday, 2/03/23, tracking shows that the package is still in Huron, SD. Not what I would rate as even good service!

My stuff have been there for to long they didn't even have my order right

Worst service anywhere

Total incompetence and a national level. Paid almost $30 to overnight critical paperwork package from buffalo to Florida. 3 days later, it's still in buffalo. It will take me another hour on line and 10 days to get my money back and to file a claim for the lost documents. So,so frustrating. This is the last time I will depend on the USPS for anything other than delivering junk mail to my house. It appears that Newman is now working at the Buffalo regional post office.

Only saying package was delivered but I can't receive it , it almost one month and no package ,where is my package

Staff was helpful and friendly! I only use USPS for sending packages to friends and family! You're doing an excellent job!
