When USPS screws up & loses or accidentally destroys a secure, professionally packed & sealed box, and when it finally arrives 3weeks late (domestic, very straightforward and specific address & addressee, with correct postage, not an oversized box... strangely it appears on our door step EVERYTHING OF VALUE WAS MISSING but inside the ripped apart box, did ironically contain my old beat up running shoes, my old swim suit for triathlons, socks, herbal supplements, my husband's clothes, but not a single Christmas present was inside, approximately 20gifts, all my jewelry was gone, and it WASN'T COSTUME JEWELRY!!! When we contacted USPS, they said, please excuse any delays or problems with your shipments. It is the holidays and we get extremely busy." And on top of that, finished up by saying, (ONLY), "we hope this wasn't an inconvenience". SERIOUSLY? THANKS FOR THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES USPS. You robbed us. And, had the nerve NOT TO APOLOGIZE! STAY TINED EVERYONE. We have episode 2, in my next review. Still ongoing mystery where it is. In 2 weeks, it hasn't even left Denver. I asked for a representative to assist me. These people are clowns. She couldn't communicate, was obviously illiterate, despite her title of "EXPERT". I was using "chat". After 3 sentence, she said she'd have another rep with greatest expertise, but said I would have to "join some group thing for auto notices", all I had to do was give them my credit card and pay. Ha! I don't need auto notices! I need a real person with USPS to tell me why my package has been sitting in their building for 2 weeks. I am so mad with the behavior of USPS, their lackadaisical attitude, failure to follow up, follow through, take responsibility, and, to get their act together! Good lord. USPS, you don't deserve 1 star.

USPS said that it would be delivered on Saturday and t should up early that morning.

It's took five days and still haven't received a one day package

Sent package with 3 day delivery. After 5 days it is still sitting at a local facility

Text I sent the package on Monday, January 30 this supposed to be arrived on Thursday jet of February 2. It’s not yet they’re very very sad for USPS services.

My postal service is great. They go out of their way to ensure my package deliveries arrive and put them out of view of porch pirates. Sunday deliveries are sometimes problematic because that particular driver runs behind and makes excuses because he would have to walk 52 yards down a hill and back. So he makes a note my pakage is undeliverable. It then arrives Monday.

I have a pkg that arrived in oshkosh wi on the 24th of jan its still sitting there as of Feb 4th WTF how hard is it to send it on still says waiting to be accepted I hate using USPS I sent Christmas pkgs to my grandchildren thank goodness i sent them USP cost 100 dollars but at lest they got them terrible service 1 star is to much

I paid for extra money for express mail. Sent it out Tuesday afternoon and was supposed to be in Brewer Maine Thursday afternoon and they still don't have it yet. What a waste of money for express mail. Won't send anything through the USPS again express mail. They should pay me back for their mess up

I am not impressed with the mail service I sent a package on 12-14-22 still no package they tell me to do a MRC but it doesn't tell you how to nothing easy about it do this do that

I send a package on January 26th my package I’ll supposed to arrived January 31 today is February 4th still waiting for my package to arrive

Sent package on Monday and hasn't moved since this is ridiculous and unacceptable

Mailed six packages from Bradenton FL on January 31. One to Az, one to Ca, and four to Michigan. All were supposed to be delivered by February 3. All made it except one for Michigan

Mailed a package to MT. Took 4 days but 2 of those days were super cold with interstate closures. All things considered, including the letter carrier spending all day, day after day in sub zero Temps and wind and snow, Great Job!
