I am disappointed, I used to be able to locate my packages; now WhatsApp pop up doesn't allow me. I don't want WhatsApp what I want is to locate my package. I will never again try USPS tracking.

Multiple packages were stuffed in our mailbox. One was left sticking halfway out. When I saw it, it was raining and the package was soaked. Either lazy or incompetent or untrained.

Saturday delivery not delivered, Monday holiday is not delivered. Fresh home made muffin to cheer up a friend. Ruined.

I sent this package 2 weeks ago and still have a Rochester destination in Ghana Accra

The staff at the Mesa AZ. Office 135 N Center st. Was extremely helpful, considerate, and Professional.

My rating is 0. I sent my letter on January 5 and so far don’t have confirmation that it has been delivered. Awful service.

Package was supposed to arrive on Friday 13 January, 2023. It did not. No information about the new date.

I personally think the post office in Brooklyn Michigan should be investigated. I do not believe that they put my first class package out. I think they are still holding it I left it there on December 13th was supposed to be delivered first class on December 15th. When I try to track it it always says still in transit except today and it said it was at the Brooklyn Post office. However I call there a few days ago and the lady told me that it had left that facility. I don't believe that. Wish someone would check on it that has some Authority. The other package I mail that day the person got within 2 days. So what happened to that one?? I have a good idea

My package was to be delivered on the 14th. Was tracking it. It was in Sacramento, California on the 13th so I should have got it on the 14th , but for some reason our not so wonderful Postal Service sent it to El Paso, Texas. Then I finally get updates it has left El Paso at 9:20 pm and another saying it left at 3:00am but nothing showing it has arrived back in Sacramento, California. I prefer to give no Stars but with this system you have to give at least 1. Not a Happy customer.

No matter what they say, USPS always delivers!

I dropped my package off on 01/12/2023 and today is 01/14/2023 @ 9:23pm and my package has only made it to Belmar NJ high is like down the street really... Therefore what is the hold up? Especially after USPS made buy a role of tape after they said I needed another piece of tape on my box. Things that bad I couldn't have a frre piece tape lol

USPS did a good job all the time. Every time I’m sending packages by priority they received the package a day before expected day. For me as long you sending the right address the package will get there. If you’re sending by apartment address make sure you put the apartment number.
