My father, grandfather, and uncle on my mother's side all retired from post office. I have always been supportive of USPS. But USPS is horrible now. Every package in the last year has been late or lost. Latest package expected delivery was June 4, 2024. It is now June 8, 2024 and tracking shows in transit from another state on the 4th. No other scans since. No one knows where it's at. What a joke. Truck just disappeared.

I See What People Are Talking About I Sent A Package To North Carolina On 6/3 And I Was Told It Was Gone Be Delivered On 6/6 It's 6/8 My Grandbaby Still Hasn't Received Her Stuff This Has Never Happened Before Her Packages Always Arrive On Time But Not This Time This Is Crazy

The delivery times fluctuate constantly. Sometime it's delivered by 11:30 sometimes 5:00 pm and sometimes none at all. We have found mail loose in the street and in one case, it was a gas bill addressed to us. Our neighbors get our mail and visa versa. A very good reason to pay on line. A day in the death of the usps.

There was an accident with my keys and they ended up in Chicago, the guy that had them was nice enough to mail them Back to me. They were supposed to arrive Wednesday. Comes Saturday they are still not here matter of fact they got throw in the wrong truck I’m assuming because they are all the way across the country. I will never waste my time through this post office ever again.

Mailed a Priority Envelope on 5/22 and was told it would arrive on 5/24 and told them it contained a crucial cashier's check that had to get there. It's now 6/8 and still not delivered and no tracking info since 5/26. USPS has to be the worst operation and completely disorganized. They need to shut down the USPS. Filed an investigation and still no response other than we are searching for your mail. BS!

My package was never delivered and was never returned to me either someone stole it. even though it has a return address.

I will never use your services again. May 20 I initiated a mail registration letter to Battle Creek. And now, it is June 8, sitting in a distribution center in Grand Rapids since May 24. It has only 66 miles to go. Next time I drive it! Now, I going to tell everybody I can including businesses. Very, very poor customer service and this will catch up with. Jobs will eliminated!

One star took many, the usps that was best in the world a decade ago sunk to the worst e en for 3rd world country. Usps employees, including usps customer affairs with duty to serve customers, hide behind phone lines, never answer and , Miami, post fake pho e num ers and faje fax numbers, there is no way to reach USPS on the phone, I clouding usps tracking...usos should be held accountable in Congres, call your senator ir Congress directly, perhaps only than impro event abd accountability may come

I pay express for my package they say is next day delivery y pay 31 dollar I send on Thursday now they say maybe Monday or Tuesday

We need to close the post office down and use that money towards supplemental security income reform and disability which is so outdated and unfair it's ridiculous all those people even live sickening how the government treats then and they should be ashamed of themselves the damn American government very sad

Mail is taking longer and longer to get to it's final destination. Our usps system sucks, so disappointed

Won't be using USPS in the future. Mailed a pkg on 06 03 24. They said it would be delivered on Thursday the 6th. Here it is Friday night and it still hasn't been delivered. Probably won't get delivered til sometime next week knowing these numbskulls at the post office. From now on its going to be FedEx or UPS. It cost $60 to send this pkg at least they could do is get it on time.

My package was to be delivered to Rapid City, SD on May 26, 2024. The tracking function says it's in transit. This is June 7th-Where is it???? I'm not receiving satisfactory information from the USPS. No one has returned my call regarding the location of my package.
