My package was delivered just as said, i have never had a problem with the post office and especially not with priority mail, always delivered on time, just as i know it takes 3 days mail time to and from pa, never fails me ever

It’s the day that I still don’t receive my package it’s been 15 days now and I’m still waiting

I think the US postal service needs to upgrade their technology. It must be Bidenomics. The prices go up, the service goes down.

Never get package on time, always has something wrong with it

I ordered a dress from Amazon on May 18th. It was being sent USPS. I still haven't received the dress and it is June 7th. The postal service can do better!

I use to work for the post office and I loved it I was a rural carrier and a city carrier at that time they called it dual appointed I went through a scary time in my life and my post master was there for me I had the greatest post master but what I was going through I needed family I thought but that another story but I transferred over 2000 miles away to family they could only work me one day a week and I couldn’t survive being a single parent cause no other job would work with the post office if my carrier was sick I had to deliver mail I couldn’t work another job that day so I had to resign I was upset because I loved that job well years went by and I met my new husband wife and she was a highway contractor and told me all about it and gave me the address to where I could apply cause they were having a route come up she took me on the route so I would know and I put my bid in and then I got a call saying I got and what I needed to do it was different from being a rural at least training but I loved it I was my own boss I was already working at the hospital so I worked two jobs but I never let my customers down not even in the snow you can ask one of my customers and my daughter where we almost went over a hill to deliver a little girl her doll she was getting for Christmas her parents to this day don’t know we almost went over the hill I had an angel but I have inherited my mother back where my spin is deteriorating so I gave route to daughter till my year was up but when I got disability and I bought a place I thought well my packages will be delivered to my door because we live less than 1/2 mile from cluster box and every trailer is marked and they put on delivery ticket unsafe area to deliver and I asked them why they don’t deliver to the trailers and they say it is up to carriers and they don’t want to they have not been doing it and we live 2 to 3 blocks from the post office why is this carrier so lazy to get out and deliver packages because there is so many packages I would have a vehicle full of packages and I had the smallest route when I delivered the highway contract route and sometimes I even had to help my other carriers that had routes near mine and carry some of their packages so I give Springfield West Virginia a big 0 for the carriers but Bobbie Joe is amazing 10

It’s not dependable. I send my 2-3 day package always by 9:30 and always on a Monday to the same address in the East Coast and it is received anywhere from 2 to 5 days later. And yes I use the same post office every time.

First time mailing through USPS and it seems the reviews are true. They are horrible with status updates. In addition, they make tracking your package extremely difficult. The package was supposed to arrive yesterday yet it's NOW telling me that package will be late. I work for Canada postal service and if this was how we worked.... we would be fired. Customer satisfaction is our priority. It seems that united states post office does not care or share the same values. Next time I will use UPS as I normally do when I'm visiting family in the states. They seem to have a more reliable system.

Very courteous people at PO. Very helpful to someone who rarely ships anything. Amazing that they do what they do at the cost they charge. Customers are so rude not surprising that they seem aloof or snotty sometimes.

Hey uh it looks like everything is okay this time. But I can almost complain every time. What do we do though fedex is out of there mind with pricing and and ups is just a little better than the post office geeeeesb. Listen paid for today priority $25. It was a plant. I should’ve known better than to do it in the winter. I thought they would protect it against certain elements only coming two states away. Day five had’nt received it called the company they resent On the seventh day second day on the second order, they both showed up at the same damn time. Obviously it was destroyed as it got down the 20’s that week. So they were dead as fried chicken. At least I got the seconds ones to live but it two grow cycles to get over the stress. This is costly as it is business for me!

The post office is a joke. For 35 years my family & I mailed letters, cards, packages back & forth between Georgia and North Carolina usually in 2 or 3 days. Then about 10 years ago things started to go downhill. Taking longer & longer to move anything. Last month it took two weeks for a card to move what use to take 3 days tops. And now I am waiting on a package , something I ordered. On May 17th a USPS carrier picked up the package from the sender. By May 28th tracking said it was delayed. Now itracking says it may be lost, but still might be delivered. This is why if I have a choice in how I ship or receive anything, I NEVER choose USPS, especially after hearing disturbing stories about them from my sister who retired from there. I know the new distribution center in the Atlanta area is part of the problem. But it's mostly the idiots running it, from the very top on down. They hire the same kind of people that are running the blue cities & states in the ground. I'm done. Got my blood pressure up too much already

on 29th May 2024, I sent a mail to India West Bengal through Global International Express 3 to 5 business days guaranteed service and paid $75.55 . Today is June 7th 2024, more than 6 business days but not delivered yet. I should use DHL or UPS , their service is much much better . NO MORE USPS. SERVICE IS ---- .

USPS is a stupid joke for package delivery. They lose tracking for days. Delivery to the wrong house or lose it all together after it arrives at my local post office. PLEASE use UPS or FedEx, they are commercial professionals who seldom have any of these problems.

A package from Atlanta to Austin TX was mailed 5/20/24. Still in Atlanta according to the tracking number. System is not working!!!!!

The US postal service is again proving itself to be inadequate to handle personal mail they lose products they are non-responsive and their websites are extremely difficult and they charge additional money to track your package
