Sent parcel May 31 from Ashtabula, Ohio to Lyndhurst, Ohio. Checked today, June 6, to see when it arrived.. it hasn't. It went from Ashtabula to Cleveland May 31st and says it's still in Cleveland. Sent before with regular postage it was there with in 2 ta 3 days. Why did I pay the extra postage .. this is ridiculous

I sent a package to tucson az on May 30 2024 and the package still have not arrived on June 6 2024 I will not be sending any more packages through usps.

My package should have been delivered yesterday. And today still nothing. It is still in transit, I don't even know when I will get it.

I sent a package to Mexico and it's been a month since I was at the border and nobody asked me to give reports of my package very bad service I don't recommend it

The north Carolina location recently sent a package due in western NC to Washington DC and then it went to Raleigh NC and then to Greensboro NC and then to destination all this added 3 days to the package It was 3 days after the estimate due date.... What to remember when the us Mail wants a raise The mail innovations ; location in Butler NC likes to sometimes take an extra week or , more before sending packages through I will also remember this when the us Mail wants a raise, if they could actually get back to getting you your package under 4 days on eastern seaboard states then I could raise ,y rating

The postal system is a total mess. On June 3 I put in a package to be delivered the next day, it arrived at destination today June 6. And Mr DeJoy wants the post office to take over banking. There is no way on Gods green earth would I allow them to handle my money. If they did banking like they do mail delivery I pity the fool that let them even have one penny. And as far as late delivery this is NOT the first time this has happened, this has happened to me I believe 12 times they delivered late. The pony express would be faster and better than the present day mail service.

On 24 May I sent a priority envelope from Tennessee to Pennsylvania to my financial manager. Today is 6 June, tracking says it is still in the originating post office, who deny it is there and it has never been scanned into or out of any other facilities, nor has my "priority envelope" been delivered. I incurred financial expense at the Post Office and additional expense cancelling the check contained in the envelope. Official response - no refund on failed performance and tough luck about canceled check fee. Wish a formal investigation was initiated but tough luck there too.

I shipped a music cd from Massachusetts to Vancouver on 5/25/24 And paid $42.50 for shipping it Today is 6/5/24 and it is still in New York Over ten days

Very poor service they brought my package but I never received it. Don’t know how old gps system they using when I called they said they can’t find my address so poor service better upgrade there system.

This is my worse experience with the post office. I did Priority mail for very important documents on May 31st which was supposed to arrived on Monday June 3, and it's still in transit.

I paid 3 days delivered for a package from Philly to NJersey on May 29 today is june 6 and my package still in transit noo good

I’ve been waiting a week on the phone everyday one post office says it at another facility I go there they say it’s at another for a whole week they finally told me that they don’t know where my package is DONT USE USPS!!

Absolutely ridiculous.I reluctantly paid the cost for certified mail on 5/22/24 expecting a important document to arrive in Seattle Washington via receipt says. estimated delivery date 05/28/24. Today is 6/4/24 and site says its still in transit. Inquired per a 1-800 # on 6/3/24. I was told it was sent to Portland Oregon and returned. LOL. If no one has called 2 to 3 days to call back. Perhaps should have sent regular mail but if the same matters had occurred would not have receipts. USPS what are you doing? Recently have had a few unfavorable situations. Is it my turn or is the USPS becoming an agency that needs a revamping?
