They need to do a better job

Sent over 8 days ago and still hasn't arrived at the destination even through its only 12 minutes away from where it's suppose to be was suppose to be there May 31st here it is June 5th what is going on the the states thats its taking so long???

I am a former Postal Employee. I know how hard the employees work, and the sense of Urgency to get the mail Out that management put on the workers. In the light of advanced technology, Texting, E mail .. I am very impressed at the effort USPS is putting out to stay relevant as a Delivery enterprise. They have always protected the mail as if personal and held a sense of Urgency to get it out! I just mailed an Express Package, Thank You USPS for providing us with Tracking information, Kudos to you!!

I sent my package on May 29th 2024 priority mail. To this day it is still in route, 7 days later. I have had nothing but bad luck with USPS. Everytime I am going to send something it always delays!!! I give this 1 star because I can't go any lower.

Its poor international service, they aren't providing proper tracking. I should use other services

Sent letter from Flushing NY to Jamaica NY. Letter sent to Brooklyn distribution center. It made its way back to Queens and is now sitting in Queens distribution.

Co founder of urban swim from USA has sent a official document in April on 3Rd May on tracking status shows that it has been delivered in India but where in India there is no any official offices From USPS to revive delivery and costomer helpline number Also don't work they don't have their branches in India whom to contact and This is totally not working company.

Services have declined over the past several years. I used to receive first class mail from nearly anywhere in the country in 4 days, usually less. Now it can take up to a week! I have found parcels lying in the yard across from my mailbox, sitting on top of my mailbox or stuffed part way into my mailbox with part of it hanging out, exposed for any dishonest person who happens to drive by to stop and grab it! When I have complained to my local post office, I get a run around or excuses and nobody wants to take responsibility! I never in a million years thought I'd say this but I now prefer FedEx or UPS to USPS! Somebody (I'm pointing at you, Mr. DeJoy!) needs to get his head out of his behind and do the job he's being paid to do!

Why does it take so long for a priority package to reach its destination. Was suppose to arrive in El paso Monday and tracking still has it in transit. Pay extra for 2 to 3 day delivery for what? Not the first time this has happened

Sent a package certified on the 28th. Its june 4th I have no idea where my package is. Going from indiana to Illinois. This is ridiculous!

My post office experiences have been outstanding. Courteous, helpful and efficient. Love my post office staff.

Mailed to letter on May 27, return request. As of June 4, no indication of whereabouts of item. Moved from distribution center to distribution center, bypassing delivery destination. Thank you Mr. Dejoy (sarcasm is intended)

My package was sent from Palm Springs CA to Manhatten Beach was supposed to arrive yesterday.I just tracked and it is in Tennessee. Figure that out. It was going about 100 miles Now it's crossed many states

This is the ABSOLUTE WORSE service. My package was scheduled to arrive on May 31, 2024 by 9pm. Not only didn't it arrive it seems to have gotten lost for several days and is now supposedly in a USPS facility in Roselle, NJ. It was shipped on May 28, 2024 Now, it is just there with no indication when it will be delivered. This service needs to be ended IMMEDIATELY!!!

Filing a claim is a joke. They insure $100 but they don't say upfront you need all your receipts for contents. Trying to figure it all out or to talk to a live person is impossible. It's a crap shoot sending something. One package I sent for a Christmas gift just disappeared. Never received and had to just eat the loss. Never used to have problems. USPO was great! It's all the lowlife out there robbing and stealing. America is declining with this leadership.
