This service is the absolute worst I've ever encountered. It's a joke it has taken nearly 2 weeks and my package hasn't arrived yet. This happens everytime. 3 to 5 day delivery is a joke. They place zero importance on delivering your packages in that time frame. It's actually WORSE THAN EVER!!!

I ordered at end of May. It is now June. Says package was delivered in February (how? Didnt order till May) But is now in NJ.(how is it in NJ if it was already delivered?) So confusing!!!!! Guess we just play the waiting game!!!!! So much for fast free delivery! Should have known it was too good to be true!

All I have to say is if want your package on time DO NOT USE USPS!!!!! Wish I could give Ostars

My package was mailed on 5/28/24 in Raleigh and has not arrived in toledo yet and today is 6/4/24 and tracking is a joke they want you to pay to sign in...crazy

Seeing so many complaints I can't help but to wonder; how they can be. I've mailed cash often and received purchases everytime I've ever sent or received... I find it hard to believe the complainers although I have seen on news where 1 or 3 mail deliverers have dumped their loads. But not a lot.

So far to date, and I'm 50 something, I've never had any problems with mailing or receiving from the U.S.P.S.

I had a horrible experience they claimed to have never had my package. Content that was ordered were pills and the next day they called and said they found it so I picked it up and the boxed envelope was opened but the package was stretched as if something was in it ... I got home and the package was empty and I'm sure the employees there stole my shit smh there a joke

I had sent this payment to the IRS sent certified on May 28th and as of today it has still notbeen signed for. This service is a joke. I could have driven it to Kansas faster myself. So now Iam sure Iam going to be faced with late fees for the wonderful IRS. Again so disappointing.

My mailed parcel should have arrived yesterday 06/03 in West Virginia . The Tracking shows it heading to Virginia Beach

Very frustrated, sent important document on 14th May to Bangladesh and today is 4th of June but not yet received by Party. It was priority mail. In future I will never send anything through this post office.

I sent a package on tuesday may 28. Suppose to arrive in boston on the 30th. It is now june 4th where is the package. I paid for 2 day delivery. I want a refund.

This package was suppose to be delivered on the third and it’s still not there. I paid for this service and it’s definitely a ripoff!!

My package was shipped with DHL and was supposed to be delivered yesterday. It went from a facility 60 miles away a facility over 700 miles away! What a joke! This service is the pits!

I never received my package back with special and expensive shipping. I do not recommend this service. I lost a great customer. In the tracking information it never left the New York office scheduled for June 1st. This agency is a complete failure, I would not use it again and I would never recommend it either.
