BAD FOR BUSINESS

This is totally insane my package has been delivered around the United States and it's still in limbo in Pennsylvania it went to San Juan Puerto Rico for what reason I have no clue from there it went to Jersey City New Jersey from Jersey City New Jersey back to Pennsylvania again this is absolutely uncalled for.

I sent the package 3 weeks ago, I paid $15 for a 2-day priority shipment and the package has not yet arrived, no one answers me where the package is and it is important. The bad service they provide is incredible.

Absolutely horrendous delivery time. Paid for 3 day delivery and it’s finally out for delivery after 10 days. Don’t waste your time folks, just take it to UPS.

I sent a package out on 5/20/24 and it still has not gotten to the paid destination. What is hoping on with the post office? I feel like they are back to riding horses to deliver now- a- days!!

I sent a package on the 18th of May from Arkansas to Ghana and even paid $76 and up till date it’s not yet delivered to the address given. When i track the package again today 3/06/2024, it’s back again in Arkansas North Little Rock. I don’t understand why this is happening

The worst service, from Chicago to Germany it supposed to be within 5 work day’s but 3 weeks passed and still waiting. Where can I contact you guys in Germany?

What a suprise my package is late again seems to move pretty quickly until it hit Jackson Ms now it hasn't moved in 5 days now I could have drove to TX and back by now 6 times over should be a no star rating

You should not charge a service that you can not fulfill. It's a breach of contract. 3 days and still do not have my package nor a refund Smh

I sent a package from Oh to Ma. 2 day delivery. Would of been easier to drive 10 hrs to deliver it myself.

My package was supposed to be there Saturday, its Sunday & still not there. I paid for the type of delivery to be there in a couple days. Poor service

I had a package with time sensitive contents overnighted on May 30th. It says in the tracking information that it was scheduled to be delivered on June 1st. It is June 2nd, and I still have not received. This service is a complete joke. If I needed it on a different day, I would not have paid the overnight fee. I will tell everyone I come into contact with about this, and will never use this company again.
