Every single time I overnight anything and it ends up in Detroit it sits for days. I understand if they don't have enough staff but then don't offer a service that you know you can't provide!!!!! It so frustrating because you can't call anyone there as the phone rings nonstop. Your best bet is to notify the post office at the receiving end and have them make the calls.

Why is my parcel travelling around America it’s support be on a plane to the uk so Americans know how post works. It goes straight from A to B it doesn’t go to all the rest of the alphabet before getting to B. This has got to be the worst postal service on the planet even a portion could have delivered my parcel quicker. USPS is complet joke.

This is ridiculous my package was to.be delivered 4 days ago and all it shows that it is stu k at some facility in Mia Fla with no reason at all for the delay, option is either to cancel or request a refund so if either I would have to reorder and hope it does not get stuck in the same undeliverable cycle

I have had 1 problem with the Post Office that wasn't resolved by them. We found it was the sender's mistake. We've always been able to count on the mail.

My friend sent me a package on May 2 2024 and on May 11, 2024 I got sent an email stating that it got delivered, but I don't have the package. I got another email stating that the package was delivered on the May 24. I still don't have the package. The last email notification I got it said the package was delivered on the 29 May and once again I still don't have. Customer Service is no help because they have you waiting on the phone for hours. I just want answers.

A priority mail package was in a loop, never leaving the state in which it was mailed for 5 DAYS. And it was mailed close to the Dulles facility! It has bounced back and forth between Merrifield and Dulles 4x, then it said it left but destination and location was UNKNOWN. Now it showed up in PA, so at least getting closer to DE. This service is a joke.

They told me that they left my order at the door when I went to check not even two minutes later the package was not there, they never knocked on the door upstairs and on the camera you never see that the package was left at the door

On 5-23-24 a Christmas card I mailed & was postmarked 12-14-23, was returned to me with a yellow sticker: not deliverable as addressed. Where has this item been for the past 5 months? No way to justify a 5-month delay, so just say it was undeliverable to placate me. The item was opened but luckily I did not enclose a check or gift card. Why would you keep my item for 5 months and not deliver it to the addressee or return it to me the sender? Negative -10 stars.

I paid extra so my package would be delivered early and it still arrived late. What was the point of paying more if it’s gana arrive later than the time specified. I’m still waiting for my package hoping it hasn’t gotten lost like the rest of ppl that trust this mail delivery system
